Kickboxing & Aerobics

Everywhere you turn today, some type of kickboxing or cardio kickboxing class is available. It has become a standard in the fitness industry and combines elements of martial arts with aerobics and fitness. On Site Martial Arts (OSMA) can provide this type of class and then some!

By combining the basics mentioned above with practical self defense drills, strength training, flexibility, speed and agility exercises, OSMA will provide a class that will be comprehensive, educational and most importantly….FUN! An hour of your life a couple of times a week will yield great results and give one a tremendous sense of accomplishment while developing skills that will build confidence and self esteem.

By continually practicing these many aspects of physical fitness, personal improvement is only a few classes away. Departments or employee teams can literally measure success in terms of weight or inches lost, perfect attendance and more. Participation in these classes is a great team building tool!
